The beautiful thing about my programme is that is can be delivered in whatever way works for you. The outline is laid out on this website, but the detail is always agreed between us before we start any work together.
Ideally, we agree a timeframe that works for you before we start our first session.
Pillar one can be completed in as little as two weeks or as long as two months. It is essential that we work in a manner that allows you to process peacefully without disrupting your current life. Observing yourself changing in real-time can be extremely powerful, embodying the principle of evolution within the programme.
Pillar two can be completed in 4 weeks or over 4 months. Completion of Pillar one is a prerequisite for Pillar Two. Thus, your journey may span from 6 weeks to 6 months, with the right time being the one that feels most suitable for you. Throughout our sessions, you'll find yourself embracing a new way of living and being.
This programme has been extensively researched, written, developed, and delivered over a significant period to ensure that you always receive the very best I have to offer. However, as with all endeavours in life, your outcomes will reflect the effort you invest. While I can guide, hold space, and advise, your commitment and availability are essential for our success together.
For this reason, you will be asked to complete a pre-session questionnaire and sign a client agreement. Payment for each part of the process is required in advance of our first session and the terms and conditions agreed upon beforehand.
By addressing these requirements early in our relationship, we aim to streamline the process and minimize confusion during what can already be a demanding, challenging, and transformative time for you.
